Bethany Ahlberg is a strategic operations consultant with over 20 years of experience helping mission-driven small businesses and nonprofits build clear, scalable systems for sustainable growth. She’s led everything from nonprofit data systems to full-scale office operations, always with a focus on creating smart, values-aligned infrastructure that enables real, lasting impact.

A proud parent to two teenagers and an active volunteer with several local and state organizations, Bethany brings a deep sense of care and community into everything she does. She specializes in operations support for purpose-led businesses and is especially those led by women of color, queer and trans founders, and disabled entrepreneurs. Bethany believes that every bold vision deserves the clarity, structure, and support to thrive.
